摘要 为适应环保、市场要求,开发研制了新型水性涂料苯丙乳液分析了苯丙乳液的组成以及该组成与其性质之间的关联以苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯作为主要单体,引用甲基丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为必要成分,采用过硫酸盐作引发剂,在乳化剂作用下进行聚合制得苯丙乳液通过一系列试验,确定了生产该乳液的配方,探讨了乳液聚合的种类,确定以种子聚合作为生产该乳液的最佳乳化方式,明确了该乳液的生产工艺,提供了该乳液的生产设备,并且配备了详细的设备安装图研究了该乳液配方中乳化剂、引发剂和缓冲剂等在其生产中的作用及对最终产品用途的影响,以及种类与用量的确定最终采用的乳化剂是OP-10、OS-1的混合体,以过硫酸铵为引发剂、小苏打为缓冲剂来确保体系的稳定性及产品的质量,因而引出了氨水的使用目的、使用用量及使用效果另外,探讨了单体滴加方式、滴加时间。 To meet the needs of environmental protection and marketing,a new water-borne coating acrylic emulsion is developed.The composition and the relationship with its properties are discussed.Emulsion is prepared by emulsified polymerization acted as emulsifying agent,used styrene and n-Butyl acrylate as the main monomers,Methacrylic acid and Methyl methacrylate as necessary composition,potassium thiosulphate as initiator.According to series of tests,the formulation and the way of emulsified polymerization are discussed,and the seed polymerization-the best way of emulsified polymerization is considered.The process,the equipment and its installment map are also provided.Using emulsifying agent,initiator and buffer in emulsion formulation,the effects during the process and the influence on the production are discussed,as well as their category and quantity.The best emulsifying agent is the mixture of OP-10 and OS-1.Initiator is ammonium thiosulphate and the buffer is soda,which is used to keep the system steady and fit to its production's quality,which leads to the reason and effective using of ammonia water and its quantity.The way examining production and its standard are also provided.This emulsion has best quality and widely used,and is a new kind of promising coating.
