摘要
本文论述了采用影象云纹法、电测法对封隔器胶筒的表面变形、密封面的接触应力,极限密封压力、应力松弛等规律进行的试验研究,对封隔器胶筒的密封机理提出了较全面和符合实际的看法,为合理设计胶筒结构尺寸提供了依据,对正确使用胶筒具有一定的指导作用。
This article explains an experimental research on the regular patterns of surface deformation, contact stress, critical sealing pressure and stress relaxation of a packer rubber by means of moire method and strain gauging, and presents some quite comprehensive and practicable views on the sealing mechanism of packer rubbers. These views are guides for rational design and proper use of the packer rubbers.
