摘要
本文介绍了采用测力环测定钻井泵拉杆密封圈表面压力分布的试验装置,并根据三种不同结构的拉杆密封圈的试验结果,分析了长锥柱形密封圈表面压力的分布规律,提出了改进其密封结构的合理建议。
The author introduces an experimental set-up with dynamometric ring for measuring the surface pressure distribution on piston rod packing of drilling pumps, analyses the distribution pattern of surface pressure on the long tapered packing in light of the experimental results of three kinds of rod packings with different designs, and puts forward some sugestions for improving its design.
