摘要
创业成功是一系列创业要素科学组合的结果。在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,利用鱼刺图法将多种要素结合起来构建了一个由4大创业要素子系统和19个创业要素构成的完整的新企业创业要素体系。
The success of business venture results from a series of scientific combination of entrepreneurial factors.Based on the past studies,by using the Fishbone diagram,the paper constructed a complete system of new ventures elements which contained 4 sub-system and 19 factors.
