摘要
由于经济全球化和信息网络的迅猛发展,虚拟企业作为一种新的组织与管理模式,注重横向管理和企业间的合作。文章简要介绍了虚拟企业、协同网络的概念,分析了构建协同网络的一般过程,阐述虚拟企业在协同环境中的合作绩效及影响因素,最后指出虚拟企业依托协同网络开展的合作可以很好地优化经济资源、科技资源,实现企业间的共同利益和目标。
As a result of economic globalization and the rapid development of information networks,virtual enterprises as a new organization and management model focuses on horizontal management and inter-enterprise cooperation.The paper introduces the concepts of virtual enterprises and collaborative network.And then,it analyzes the general process of building a collaborative network.Furthermore,the paper explains co-operation performance and influencing factors of the virtual enterprises in a collaborative environment.Finally it proposes that the virtual enterprises can optimize economic,scientific and technological resources by collaborative network of co-operation,which is thought to achieve common interests and objectives among enterprises.
