摘要
发展产业投资基金是我国经济发展的重要方式。我国早在20世纪80年代就开始对产业投资基金的理论研究和实践探索。通过分析产业投资基金在我国的理论和实践发展状况,总结目前产业投资基金发展的障碍性因素,并尝试提出解决对策。
It is an important mode for our economic development to develop industry investment fund.From the 1980s we have already begun the theoretic research and practice probing of industry investment fund.This article summarizes some impediments by analyzing the theory and practice development of industry investment fund in China,and tries to put forward countermeasures.
