摘要
中国是目前世界石油市场需求量增长最快的国家,同时,中国石油对外的依存度也逐年扩大。在资源禀赋固有的前提下,建立科学完备的石油储备体系是保障石油安全的核心环节和重要条件。随着全球经济一体化进程加速,石油储备的概念也在不断延伸,石油储备已经和金融、外交、国际贸易密切联系在一起,形成了全方位、多层次发展趋势。对此我们应以全球的视角、合作的意识、发展的观念、改革的思路积极应对。
China is the world＇s fastest-growing oil market in demand,while China＇s dependence on foreign oil has also expanded year by year.Inherent in the natural resources under the premise of establishing a sound scientific oil reserve system is to ensure oil security links and an important condition for the core.With the accelerated economic globalization,the concept of oil reserves has also been extended.Oil reserves are closely linked with finance,diplomat,and international trade,forming a comprehensive,multi-level trend.We should take the view of global perspective,sense of cooperation,development of the concept of a positive response to the reform ideas.
