摘要
对跨国公司内部技术转移研究的问题背景、理论命题、研究趋势进行了文献评述。简述了跨国公司内部技术转移的动因,提出了跨国公司内技术转移的分类,综述了技术关联度、广义地理距离、正式结构与非正式关系嵌入对内部技术转移的影响。在概述内部技术转移过程机制的基础上,总结了基于内部技术转移的跨国创新及其关键成功因素。最后从研究方法和视角入手,展望了该领域研究亟待解决的问题。
This article focuses on the review about the background,propositions,research tendency of technology transfer inside the multinational companies （MNC）.First,it emphasizes the driving factors of the technology transfer.Second,it proposes that technological correlation,geographic distance and formal/informal relationship can influence the technology transfer which is a two-phase process.Third,it reviews the successful factors of the innovation based on the technology transfer.And at last it introduces the research gap and future directions.
