摘要
为探索已收集到的１０４份福建省花生种质资源的利用价值，采用田间种植、室内测定方法进行较全面、系统的观察鉴定，结果表明，福建花生种质资源较为丰富，不仅有经济性状良好的种质，也有高抗褐斑病、青枯病的材料，而且还有高蛋白、脂肪、油酸或亚油酸含量，以及高油酸／亚油酸比值的基因源。这些优异种质可供今后开展花生高产、优质、抗病育种利用。
Characterization and evalution of 104 accessions of peanut germplasm collected from Fujian revealed a wide spectrum of variation with regard to the characters studied. Besides desirable economic characters,It was highly resistance to late leaf spot and bacterial wilt,and germplasm with high protein,oil,oleic acid,and linoleic acid contents,and high O/L ratio was also found.These materials provided elite genetic resource for the development of peanut varieties with high productivity,quality and disease resistance.
