MODELING OF VORTEXING GAS-PARTICLE FLOWS AND COMBUSTION AND FLOW FIELD PREDICTIONS

摘要 本文提出一种适用于极强旋流的代数应力湍流模型与连续介质-轨道的有反应颗粒相模型相结合的理论及数值解法,用于模拟旋风炉内两相流动及煤粉燃烧。利用全套程序中流场子程序对旋风流化床炉稀相的强旋流场进行了预报,得到了合理结果,揭示了各向异性湍流的特点。 A new version of algebraic stress turbulence model combined with the continuum-trajectory model of particle phase is proposed to simulate very strongly swirling flows with coal combustion in a vortexing combustor. The detailed equations of axisymmetric flows in cylindrical coordinates have been derived and the CCVC numerical procedure has been developed. Predicted gas flow field in the free board of a vortexing fluidized-bed combustor gives plausible results which reveals the non-isotropic feature of turbulence in vortexing flows.
