摘要
针对工矿企业中输送带内部钢丝的非接触式故障识别诊断这一技术难题,基于X射线成像和图像分析处理技术提出了识别诊断输送带内部钢丝损伤缺陷的原理,设计了中值滤波和全局阈值双峰分割图像算法用于从背景中提取输送带内部钢丝图像,以及钢丝断裂、接头拉伸、强度降低的故障识别诊断算法,同时开发了故障诊断系统的硬件和算法软件以及基于富互联网Flex和Ja-vaEE的Web应用程序,实现了输送带内部钢丝图像的获取、传送、与背景的分割、故障的识别诊断及其结果的远程访问。实践表明,该系统能够有效识别输送带内部钢丝的故障状态。
According to the difficult technical problem of the non-contact fault identification and diagnosis on the steel cable in the conveyor belts applied in the industrial and mine enterprises,based on the X ray image and picture analysis processing technology,the principle to identify and diagnose the steel cable damage and failure in the conveyor belt was provided.The medium value filtration and whole system valve value double peak cut image algorithm were designed to pick up and transmit the steel cable image from the background.The fault identification and diagnoses algorithm was designed for the steel cable breaking,connector expended and strength reduced.Meanwhile the hardware and algorithm software of the fault diagnoses system and the web applied program based on the rich internet application Flex and JavaEE were developed to pick up,transmit the steel wire images of the conveyor belt,to identify and diagnose the background cutting and fault and remote visit of the results.The practices showed that the system could effectively identify the fault status of the steel cable in the conveyor belt.
