摘要
阐述了基于诊断与评估的诊断运行管理的理念及管理模式的形成。诊断运行管理模式的核心是对电站设备设施关键运行参数、信息进行综合分析、评估、作出处置策略,进而掌控设备运行风险,变事后处理为事前预控。以实例介绍了电站趋势分析系统、在线检测系统等支持平台的应用。概述了运用该管理模式的成果,指出诊断分析平台仍需不断完善。
The conception of the diagnosis and operation management based on diagnosis and evaluation as well as the formation of the management mode was elucidated.The core of the diagnosis and operation management mode is to perform the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the key operation parameters and information of power station e-quipments and to make the management tactics so as to master and control the equipment operation risks and to make the prevention and control beforehand instead of doing the processing afterward.With an example,the applications of the supporting platforms including power station trend analysis system and on-line detection system were described.The achievements of applying the management mode were presented,and it was pointed out that the on-line monito-ring and analysis platform still requires continuous improvement.
