摘要
目的建立科学的临床新技术评价指标体系,为临床新技术管理提供依据。方法结合管理实践,通过文献及政策调研、专家咨询、实践验证等方法进行研究。结果建立了临床新技术定性与定量相结合的评价指标体系,采取同行函审和集中评定相结合的办法进行了实证研究,探索了临床新技术管理的有效方法。结论评价体系的建立和应用为临床新技术的科学管理提供了依据,推动医疗技术的进步和医院的发展。
Objective To establish evaluation system for new clinical technique, and to offer bases for new clinical technique management. Method Doing research through literal and political survey, expert consultation, and practice test, etc combining with management practice. Result The evaluation index system of combining quafltitative new technique and quantity is established. The method of combining with examination by letter in the industry and centralized evaluation is adopted to do practical research. And the effective way of new clinical technique management is explored. Conclusion The establishment and the application of evaluation system provide the basis for the scientific management of clinical new technique, and promote the progress of medical technology and the development of hospitals.
