小巴豆全草化学成分研究

摘要 目的:对大戟科巴豆属植物小巴豆(Croton tiglium var.xiaopadou)全草进行化学成分研究。方法:利用多种色谱方法进行成分分离,根据理化性质和波谱学手段对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:①对映-7β-羟-16-贝壳杉烯-15-酮;②crotonadiol;③crotozambefuran B;④对映-7β,15β-二羟基-16-贝壳杉烯;⑤β-谷甾醇;⑥胡萝卜苷。化合物①～④均为二萜类化合物。结论:6个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
