不同性别肝脏3.0 T质子MRS匀场比较分析 被引量:2

The Effect of Gender on Hepatic MR Spectroscopy Prescan Water Suppression at 3.0 T

摘要 目的探讨性别因素对在体肝脏3.0 T质子MR波谱预扫描匀场的影响。资料与方法 62名自愿者,使用GE Signa Excite HD 3.0 T超导磁共振扫描仪,8通道腹部相控阵线圈,单体素点分辨波谱(PRESS)序列采集。参数为TR 1500 ms,TE 30 ms,信号平均次数(NSA)64次,感兴趣容积(VOI)2 cm×2 cm×2 cm。采用SAGE进行后处理分析得到代谢物峰高及峰下面积。以水峰为内参照对脂质峰面积进行标准化。按性别对受检者分组,采用两独立样本的t检验比较两组波谱预扫描线宽,身高,体重,年龄,体重指数(BMI)及肝脏脂质含量是否存在统计学差异。并对BMI和肝脏脂质含量进行相关分析。结果 (1)女性组较男性组匀场效果更好[(16.5±3.1)Hz,(20.3±5.0)Hz,t=3.506,P=0.001];体重[(56.9±10.4)kg,(68.5±8.8)kg,t=-4.744,P<0.000]及身高[(158.2±4.6)cm,(171.1±4.8)cm,t=-10.621,P<0.000]更小;女性较男性组平均BMI未见统计学差异[(22.7±3.5)kg/m2,(23.4±2.8)kg/m2,t=-0.940,P=0.351]。年龄未见统计学差异[(38.9±13.0)岁,(35.6±13.6)岁,t=-0.937,P=0.354]。肝脏脂质含量更少(0.06±0.10,0.20±0.28,t=-2.751,P=0.008)。(2)BMI和肝脏脂质含量相关系数为0.348(P=0.006)。结论在BMI及年龄未见统计学差异的前提下,由于肝脏脂质含量较少,女性更容易在预扫描中获得均匀的磁场从而采集获得高分辨可析性MR波谱。 Objective To assess the effect of gender on proton hepatic MRS shimming at 3.0 T.Materials and Methods The prospective study of hepatic proton MRS was performed with a GE Signa Excite HD 3.0 T system and eight-channel torso phased-array coils using PRESS sequence.Sixty-two individuals were enrolled in this study.Liver spectra were collected with a TR of 1500 ms,TE of 30 ms,VOI of 2 cm×2 cm×2 cm,NSA of 64 times.Areas and heights for metabolites resonances were obtained.The amplitude of the lipid signal was normalized with reference to water signals within the liver.Results Female has more beneficial shimming effect(16.5±3.1 Hz,20.3±5.0 Hz,t=3.506,P=0.001),lower height(158.2±4.6 cm,171.1±4.8 cm,t=-10.621,P0.000),lower weight(56.9±10.4 kg,68.5±8.8 kg,t=-4.744,P0.000),and less lipid content(0.06±0.10,0.20±0.28,t=-2.751,P=0.008).There were no significant difference of age(38.9±13.0 years,35.6±13.6 years,t=-0.937,P=0.354) and BMI(22.7±3.5 kg/m2,23.4±2.8 kg/m2,t=-0.940,P=0.351)between male and female.Conclusion Effective water suppression could be easier achieved for female because of lower lipid accumulation in the liver than male.
