摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法，检测了３０例高血压患者血清铜、锌、铁、镁４种元素。结果表明，高血压病组血清锌显著低于正常组（Ｐ＜０．０５），血清铁、镁显著高于正常组（Ｐ＜０．０５），铜锌比值显著高于正常组（Ｐ＜０．０５），血清铜略低于正常组。
The concentrations of serum copperzinc,iron and magnesium of 30 cases with hypertension were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed that the serum level of zinc in hypertension group was significantly lower than normal group.The serum level of iron,magnesium in hypertension group was significantly higher than normal group.The ratio of Cu/Zn in hypertension group was significantly higher than normal group.The serum copper no significant difference between hypertension group and normal group.
