摘要
以往对糖尿病性自主神经病变的诊断多是根据经典心脏自主神经功能测定，而缺乏一些定量指标。心率变异分析是一种无创、定量评估体内自主神经功能状态的方法。本文通过对７０例糖尿病患者进行以上两项检查的结果的分析，显示两者呈正相关，且随着自主神经病变损害程度的加重，心率变异分析中的各项指标呈不同程度的低减，表明结合这两项检查可以作为判定糖尿病性自主神经病变的定性及定量的指标。
The relationship between cardiac autonomic neuropathy and the heart rate variation (HRV) in patients with diabetes was investigated. The result showed that there was a correlation between them. It is suggested that HRV can be used as a qualitative and quantitative indicator for the evaluation of diabetic autonomic neuropathy.
