摘要
在轴流式透平机械中,规定旋涡的空间分布不是一个新概念。但是,在给定设计条件下,如何求得最佳控制旋涡规律及其与流场、损失分布、流道几何形状等关系,进而达到叶型优化的目的,是一个重要课题。本文提出了满足最佳控制旋涡分布规律的流面倾斜叶轮的准三元流优化研究方法。本文主要应用于风机。风机准三元流场计算。
Based on the practical gas flow model of axial flow impellers. The theory of optimum control vortex is combined with that of threedimensional flow and applied to quasi-threedimen-sional design of any inclined surface impellers in this paper. According to the calculus of fan-ctional variations. The optimum control vortex formula which satisfies the design conditions has been derived and a computer program for fans was worked out with various impellers designed and studied. The flow diagram and computation results are given. Internal flow and performance tests of the test fan show that the theortical analysis is in good agreement with test results and, whether aerodynamics performance, noise, or stable working range, the results are being pleased. The test fan and its series have been spread and used in mine. For vehicle tunnels, for power plants, in the chemical industry. etc. in all parts of country.
