摘要
超临界CO2萃取技术因其低温、无氧、无污染等优点已经引起了人们的广泛关注。将超临界CO2萃取技术应用于蜂胶提取加工有其独到的优势。本文综述了超临界CO2萃取技术在蜂胶提取加工中的应用进展,并对超临界CO2萃取技术在蜂胶提取加工中的应用前景进行了展望。
For its low temperature, oxygen-free, non-polluting, Supercritical CO2 extraction technology has attracted widely attention. It has its unique advantages to apply the supercritical CO2 extraction technology to the processing of propolis extraction. The paper summarized the application progress of supercritical CO2 extraction in the process of propolis extract, and also take a prospection of the supercritical fluid extraction technology.
