摘要
将２３只大鼠随机分为对照组和急性肝衰（ＦｕｌｍｉｎａｎｔＨｅｐａｔｉｃＦａｉｌｕｒｅ，ＦＨＦ）组，手术制成外科型ＦＨＦ模型，用血液生化检测、同位素扫描、组织形态观察，证明制作肝衰模型造成肝脏形态和功能损害外，还导致大鼠肺、肾、脑、心、肠的结构和功能均发生明显损害，并发生多脏器功能衰竭（ＭＯＦ）。其发生原因可能与肝脏网状内皮系统屏障功能削弱。
rats were randomized into surgical fuminant hepatic failure (FHF) group and control group.With blood biochemical ,scintigraphical and histopathological research , was proved that FHF not only caused pathological and functional injury of liver ,but also apparent structural and functional injury of lung, kidney, brain,heart ,alimenatary tract, even MOF.The important reason maybe relates to impaired hepatic reticulate endothellal system ,and sequential injury of important organ induced by endotoxemia.
