摘要
目的确定与痛觉调节有关的中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)至脊髓(SpC)背角的五羟色胺(5-HT)能神经元通路。方法用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行追踪与免疫细胞化学相结合的方法对大鼠PAG至SpC背角的5-HT能投射纤维予以标记。结果在大鼠PAG和延髓中缝核(NR)内观察到HRP阳性与5-HT阳性的双标记神经元,该纤维可投射到颈、胸、腰段SpC;双标细胞以同侧为主,对侧较少。结论实验结果表明,从PAG-NR-SpC背角形成一条间接通路;另一条为PAG直接向SPC背角投射而成的直接通路。
Objectives To determine the 5-HT pathway from periaqueductal gray (PAG) to the dorsal horns of spinal cord (SpC) related to the painful regulation.Methods Using a combining method of HRP retrograde tracing with immunocytochemistry for labelling the serotonergic projections from the PAG to the dorsal horns of SpC.Results Both HRP and 5-HT immunoractivity double-labeled neurons were observed in the PAG and nucleus raphe (NR) of rats.The HRP and 5-HT fibers that project to SpC were found in the dorsal horns of the cervical,thoracic and lumbar segments of the SpC.And the double-labeled neurons on ipsilateral side were much more than that on contralateral side.Conclutions The results showed that there might be a connecting way for PAG-NR-SpC indirect pathway which relayed at NR,the other is a direct pathway that PAG neurons project to dorsal horn of SpC.
