摘要
利用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)结合气相色谱质谱联用技术(GC/MS),分析了河北怀来2006和2007年份马瑟兰葡萄果实的香气物质组成及含量,并与赤霞珠果实做了对比。结果表明,辛酸乙酯、4-甲基戊醇、3,4-二甲基戊醇、香叶醇、里那醇、桃金娘烯醇是该地区马瑟兰葡萄区分于赤霞珠的特征香气物质。年份对马瑟兰葡萄果实香气物质组成有较大的影响。
In the present study, headspace solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography mass spectrometry was employed to analyze the aromatic compounds of Vitis vinifera L. cv. Marselan and Cabernet Sauvignon grape berries at vintage 2006 and 2007 from Huailai area, Hebei province. The results showed that ethyl octanoate, 4-methyl pentanol, 3,4-dimethyl pentanol, geraniol, linalool, myrtenol were characteristic volatile compounds of ripen cv. Marselan berries distinguishing from cv. Cabernet Sauvignon berries in this area. The concentration and composition of aromatic compounds of cv. Marselan grape fruits were greatly affected by vintage.
