摘要
应用数值模拟的方法对不同翅片角度、不同翅片间距的伞形翅片管通道的流动与换热特性进行了研究,以正方形布管时4根管所包围区域为单元流道进行计算。结果表明。在文中尺寸条件下,壳侧流体的换热性能随伞形翅片角度α的增加而增大,其中α=120°时的换热性能在几种伞形翅片管中最优,阻力损失相对较小;α=120°时,不同翅片间距的伞形翅片管中,翅片间距为16 mm的伞形翅片管的换热性能因子j较翅片间距为8 mm的伞形翅片管提高12.3%,阻力特性因子f较翅片间距为8 mm的伞形翅片管增大27.8%。对不同角度以及不同翅片间距的伞形翅片管通道换热与流动阻力特性的研究,对优化现有翅片管的结构、提高换热性能具有重要意义,并对管型选取提供依据。
This paper researches on the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the fluid in umbrella finned tube channel with different fin angles and fin spacing through the application of numerical simulation method.The computation region is unit duct bounded by four umbrella finned tubes.Results show that heat transfer performance of the fluid in shell side improves with the increasing angle α,and the heat transfer performance is the best and the resistance loss is the lowest when α=120°;of all umbrella finned tube channel(α=120°),compared with the 8mm fin spacing,the factor j of umbrella finned tube channel with fin spacing 16mm is improved by 12.3%,and the factor f is increased by 27.8%.The numerical study of the umbrella finned tube with different fin angles and fin spacing is beneficial for the optimization of fin structure and enhancement of heat transfer performance.Such study also provides a basis for the selection of tube types.
