摘要
针对常规电刺激治疗仪刺激参数不规范、被动电刺激治疗模式效果不佳的现状,本研究开发了一种新型的脑卒中康复治疗仪,该仪器基于单片机控制技术,采用进口微处理器芯片和先进的汉字液晶显示技术,控制程序采用C语言编制,针对不同病理需要设立了7种固定治疗处方模式和自由编程处方模式,使刺激参数准确量化;创新的实现了通过患者的实际功能性电流实时监测和调节,使医生能根据患者病况设置刺激强度。通过声光指令指导患者主动收缩和放松患侧肌肉,加快受损的神经和肌肉再生过程及运动功能恢复。该仪器具有安全、无创、便携、人机交互能力强等特点,对增强脑卒中病患者的肌力、肢体动作的恢复将具有良好的临床应用价值。
In view of the conventional stimulator with non-standard stimulation parameters, poor efficacy using the passive mode of the treatment, a new rehabilitative apparatus for stroke patients was developed based on the control of SCM. The import microprocessor chip and the advanced Chinese character liquid crystal display technology were used in the apparatus. The control procedure was established by the C language. In view of the different pathology, seven kinds of fixed treatment prescription pattern and the free programming prescription pattern was erected, so that the stimulation parameters can be accurately quantified and set up. The realtime monitoring and regulating function for the actual functional current through the suffer was innovatively achieved, so the doctors can set up the stimulating intensity according to the different patients. With the reminder of both voice and light, trainers can take the initiative to shrink and relax the trouble-side muscle, speeding up the regeneration process of the damaging nerve and muscle and the rehabilitative of the athletic function.The stimulator has the characteristic of safety, no wound, easy to carry and strong ability of alternation between man and machine, which will provided with benign clinical practice value to the buildup the muscle strength and the rehabilitation of body movement.
