摘要
针对目前烟草市场私烟和走私烟大量存在,而稽查违规烟草贩运缺乏必要检测手段的现状,本文基于智能光纤传感技术研究了一种判断运输违规香烟车辆的监测系统。依据烟草中含有的尼古丁挥发气体在紫外波段具有较强吸收,使用紫外LED作为光源,由尼古丁紫外吸收光谱,可以定性判断出挥发于空气中的尼古丁含量。并用滤波片滤除不必要的其他波段的紫外光,可以减少其它气体交叉干扰,提高检测灵敏度。该系统对于协助烟草缉私人员对重大可疑车辆进行有重点地拦截检查,减小扰乱普通车辆运行,规范烟草市场的发展具有重要的意义。
Smuggle and unqualified tobacco is abounding in the tobacco market now, but it is difficult to investigate and treat. In this paper, a monitoring system that can find out tobacco illegal transport is researched. This system can monitor nicotine gas volatized from tobacco. Using ultraviolet LED as light source, when the nicotine gas comes out from transport vehicle, UV light will be absorbed by it. The transport vehicle would be find out when it carrying a large number of tobacco. In order to avoid cross-interference, optic filter is used to eliminate light of unnecessary wavelength, so that sensitivity is improved greatly. The system would help Customs officer to find out suspected vehicle, and intercept to examine selectively. It has important significance for standardize the tobacco market.
