摘要
目的:研究风湿性心脏病(RHD)心衰时心室肌中肌球蛋白轻链(VMLC)的变化与心脏重塑的关系。方法:采用West-ernbloting技术对13例RHD心衰患者及7例意外死亡者VMLC-1,VMLC-2含量进行定量分析。结果:RHD组VMLC-1,VMLC-2含量均显著低于正常对照组,以VMLC-2含量下降最明显,VMLC-1/VMLC-2比值在1∶0.95~1∶0.61。结论:RHD心衰发展过程中涉及了VMLC-1,VMLC-2蛋白水平的改变,这种改变可能对心功能的进行性恶化有直接影响。
Objective: To study the changes of ventricular myosin light chain (VMLC) and its relation with heart remodeling in rheumatic heart disease (RHD). Methods: Using Western blotting hybridization assay, we detected VMLC1, VMLC2 in 13 patients with RHD and 7 cases of accidental deathes. Results: As compared with the normal group, the contents of VMLC1 , VMLC2 were all decreased significantly in RHD patients, especially the VMLC2. The ratio of VMLC1/VMLC2 in RHD patients varied from 10.95 to 10.61. Conclusion: The values of VMLC1, VMLC2 and the ratio of VMLC1/VMLC2 are all changed during the development of heart remodeling in RHD patients, suggesting that these changes may exert a direct effect on the progressive deterioration of heart function.
