摘要
目的:探讨脑皮质细胞凋亡在新生猪缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)发生与发展。方法:应用流式细胞术(FCM)、DNA凝胶电泳对新生猪HIE脑皮质细胞凋亡进行定量分析。结果:缺氧缺血后72小时新生猪左额顶大脑皮质细胞凋亡率较对照组明显增加(n=15,12;main±s%=2618±1635,323±293;P<00001);DNA凝胶电泳显示明显“DNALadder”。结论:脑皮质细胞凋亡在患HIE新生动物的迟发性神经细胞损伤中占有重要地位。
Objective:To determine whether there is apoptosis in cerebral cortical cells of the neonate pigs with hypoxia-ischemia(HI)injury.Methods:We have abserved the DNA Ladderby gel electrophoresis and the apoptosis rate of cerebral cortical cells via flow cytometry.Results:The results showed the apoptosis ratio of cerebral cortical cells in left frontotemporal corticocerebrum 72hr post asphyxia was higher than control group(n=15,12;means%)=26181635,323293;P<00001).Conclusion:It suggest that apoptosis of cerbral cortical cells plays an important role in the delayed cerebral damage of the neonates post HI.
