摘要
目的和方法:用流式细胞仪检测正常非孕及早孕妇女外周血和蜕膜自然杀伤细胞表面标记CD56和CD16分子,探讨早孕外周血与蜕膜之间自然杀伤细胞亚群的差异以及雌、孕激素对外周血自然杀伤细胞的影响。结果:蜕膜以CD56+细胞为主要淋巴细胞,早孕外周血则以CD56+CD16+和CD16+为主。孕酮在一定范围内增加,可使外周血自然杀伤细胞各亚群的百分率明显增加;在早孕期,雌、孕激素水平的急剧升高可能使外周血CD56+细胞向CD16+细胞转化。结论:早孕外周血和蜕膜组织中的自然杀伤细胞对维持正常妊娠发挥着重要作用。
AIM:To determinate the difference of natural killer (NK) cellular subpopulations between decidual tissue and peripheral blood(PB) in early pregnancy, and to investigate the effect of estrogen and progesterone on NK cell of PB.METHODS:Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD56 and CD16 of NK cellular markers on peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL) in non-pregnancy and on decidual lymphocytes and PBL in early pregnancy. RESULTS: CD56 +NK cells were predominant population of decidual lymphocytes, and both CD56 +CD16 + and CD16 +NK cells made up the majority of PBLs in early pregnancy. The percentage of diverse subpopulations of NK cells was significantly enhanced in peripheral blood as progesterone was increased within certain limits; it was possible that CD56 +NK cells were likely transformed into CD16 +NK cells in peripheral blood when the levels of estrogen and progesterone were sharply raised during early pregnancy. CONCLUSION:The difference of NK cellular subpopulations between peripheral blood and decidual tissues in early pregnancy played an important role in the maintenance of normal pregnancy. \
