摘要
目的比较二、三级医院医学影像技术人力资源差异,了解未来三年医学影像技术人员需求状况。方法采用问卷调查法调查了上海20家三级医院和13家二级医院放射科。结果上海市从事放射医学影像技术工作的人员以男性、40岁以下居多,职称以初级为主;三级医院过去几年需求旺盛,二级医院人员构成老化;学历构成三级医院以大专为主,二级医院中专明显高于三级医院。未来3年内,各医院需求以本科为主,并在工作中不断提高各项专业技术能力;对高职影像技术专业毕业生的需求比例不高,但仍有一定需求,对我院已毕业高职生总体评价良好。结论医学影像技术高职专业教育要未雨绸缪。
Objective To compare the differences on human resource of medical imaging technology between grade II and grade III hospitals and to understand the demands of the technicians in the next three years.Methods Thirty-three questionnaires were released to radiology departments of 20 grade III hospitals and 13 grade II hospitals in Shanghai.Results The staffs engaged in medical imaging technology are mostly men less than 40-year-old with primary title.Most of them in grade III hospitals are graduated from the professional technical institutes while most of the technicians in grade II hospitals are from the secondary vocational schools.In the past years, some hospitals demanded strongly and some constituted the aging.In the next three years, each hospital will need more undergraduate students and wish them to improve their professional technical abilities continuously and less students from junior colleges will be needed.The personnel from Shanghai Institute of Health Sciences have a favourable comment.Conclusion Personnel training of medical imaging technology in Shanghai Institute of Health Sciences should be taken precautions.
