摘要
为了更好地保障船舶航行安全,将气象信息叠加到电子海图系统中,以便给航海人员提供决策依据。根据电子海图系统中图像数据的特点,文章提出一种将气象预报图等压线矢量化的方法。
In order to ensure safety of ship sailing,by overlapping electric navigational chart and weather information for voyager＇s decision-making,the paper proposed a method for vectoration of isobar according to the characteristic of the weather forecast map.
