摘要
为满足某炮架需要双向平衡的需求,采用实心扭杆与空心扭杆串联的方式,设计了某炮架的扭杆平衡机结构,并对其中的关键结构——扭杆进行了强度、刚度校核。由于当前一般的平衡机设计仅为单向平衡,因此针对双向平衡可能带来的风险,通过预扭试验证明了扭杆式双向平衡机的可行性。双向平衡机工作在交变应力状态下,为了预测其疲劳寿命,运用有限元方法进行了疲劳寿命分析,为其使用和维护提供了有力支持。
In order to meet the demand for bidirectional balance required by certain gun carriage,and by adopting series connection mode of solid and hollow torsion bars,the balance machine structure of certain gun carriage was designed,and the strength and rigidity validation of the key structure,i.e.the torsion bar,was conducted.As current general balance machines are of only unidirectional balance,the feasibility of torsion-bar bidirectional balance machine has been proven through pre-twisting test by considering the risks brought by bidirectional balance mode.Because bidirectional balance machine operates under the state of alternating stress,its fatigue life analysis was carried out by using finite element analysis(FEA)method in order to predict its fatigue life,providing powerful support for its use and maintenance.
