摘要
《１９７２年国际海上避碰规则》对“碰撞危险”、“紧迫局面”和“紧迫危险”未作明确定义。为正确领会和遵守《避碰规则》，本文试就这３个术语的含义和区别进行了探讨。
The 《Regulations for Preventing Collision》 doesn't give any definitions to “the risk of collision”, “close quarters situation” and “immediate danger”. To understand and observe correctly the “Regulations for Preventing Colision”, the author is trying to approach the above three terms and the differences among them in the paper.
