摘要
在区域经济中，由于经营环境的变化，要求区域集装箱港口不断进行创新；而区域集装箱港口的创新，应是基于观念、体系及机制的创新，其中，各经营策略的创新是创新体系的主体，而创新体系又要以创新观念为前提，以创新机制作约束。
Based on the promise of regional economy,this thesis holds that the change of operating environment is in want of the successive innovation of regional container harbours,which should be based on the innovation of concept,system and mechanism.Every innovative strategy constitutes the main tody of the innovative system,and this system presupposes the innovation of concept and is bound by the innovative mechanism.
