摘要
报告3例危重症甲型H1Nl流感患儿的护理方法。重点介绍了患儿病情变化时的急救处理、呼吸机支持期间的气道管理、病情观察、维持稳定的生命体征、用药管理、心理护理,以及严格的消毒隔离。经精心护理,3例患儿转危为安,均治愈出院。
This paper introduced the nursing care of three children with severe type A H1N1 influenza,such as the emer gency treatment,airway management during mechanical ventilation,close monitoring of illness condition,keeping vital signs stable,medication administration,psychological nursing,strict disinfection and isolation.All the cases were cured and discharged.
