摘要
美国高校自20世纪90年代初期开始实施专业评价制度,2008年的金融危机爆发以后,这种以专业改进与调整为根本宗旨的校本评价受到了更加广泛的重视。评价内容的确定涉及明确专业目标、规定评价范围和表述学生学习结果等环节。评价所使用的方法包括学生毕业项目评价、课堂评价、案例研究、纸笔考试和问卷调查。评价结果的作用通过对评价信息的核查、总结和使用得以发挥。评价结论的传递利用纸质报告、口头汇报、报刊传播和网上发布等交流途径。
American universities have begun to implement the system of academic program assessment since the early 1990s. After the financial crisis in 2008 ,this school-based evaluation which aims at the improvement and adjustment of academic programs has gained more involves clarifying academic goals,defining the scope attention. The determination of evaluation contents of the evaluation and describing student learning outcomes. The methods used in the evaluation include capstone projects assessment, classroom assessment, case studies,paper-and-pencil tests and questionnaires. The functions of the evaluation results are performed through the examining,summarizing and utilizing the evaluation data. The delivery of evaluation conclusions uses paper reports, oral reports, newspapers,journals and internet release.
