摘要
介绍测定合成丝光沸石结晶度的无定型衍射强度卡法、X射线衍射八强线峰高法,讨论硅铝比、晶化时间对结晶度的影响。强度卡法较准确地用于研究硅铝比、催化性能与结晶度的关系;峰高法简便、快速,用于确定晶化时间等常规分析。
As methods for determining crystallinity of synthetic mordenite,amorphous diffraction intensity card method and X-ray diffraction patterns of 8 characteristicpeaks method are described.Effects of Si/Al ratio and crystallization time oncrystallinity are discussed.The lntensity card method,which is used to study thecorrelations between crystallinity and Si/Al ratio or catalytic activity,is precise,while the 8 characteristic peaks method,which is used in normal analyses such asdetermination of crystallization time,is simple and timesaving.
