摘要
采用粉末冶金方法制备4种不同增强体组分的铝基复合材料,这4种复合材料分别为:10%Al2O3/Al复合材料、1%MWCNT+9%Al2O3/Al复合材料、5%MWCNT+5%Al2O3/Al复合材料、10%MWCNT/Al复合材料。通过对上述4种组分的铝基复合材料在载荷为0.98 N,滑动速度为0.5 m/s时的耐磨实验表明:5%MWCNT+5%Al2O3/Al复合材料磨损量最小,磨损形式为磨粒磨损。
The aluminum matrix composites reinforced by four different volumes of multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNT) and alumina(Al2O3),which are 10%Al2O3/Al composite,1%MWCNT+9%Al2O3/Al composite,5%MWCNT+5%Al2O3/Al composite and 10%MWCNT/Al composite,respectively,were prepared by powder metallurgy method.Under the load of 0.98 N and the sliding speed of 0.5 m/s,wear testing experiments of four composites show that the wearing capacity of 5%MWCNT+5%Al2O3/Al composite is the minimum and the abrasive form is mainly abrasive wear.
