摘要
胜利减压柴油(VGO)缓和加氢裂化(MHC)尾油(>350℃馏份),在模拟工业管式裂解炉上进行蒸汽裂解试验,考察了不同转化率 VGO-MHC 裂解性能,测定其产物分布,同时评价了加氢尾油结焦情况。试验结果表明,乙烯产率比胜利 VGO 直接裂解增加5—8%,三烯收率增加10%左右,高于胜利石脑油、轻柴油(AGO)的裂解产率。尾油结焦趋势低于胜利 VGO、AGO。VGO-MHC 的尾油是优质的裂解原料。
Tail fractions(>350℃)of mild hydrocracking products of Shengli VGO were
studied in a steamcracking system simulating the performance of commercial
units.The product yields,steamcracking performance and coking tendency of
VGO-MHC were evaluated at different conversion rates.The tail fraction is an
excellent feedstock for steamcracking with ethylene and light olefin yields being
6—8% and about 10% higher respectively than those of straight run VGO.They
are even higher than those of Shengli naphtha and AGO.The coke deposition in
the convection tubes of the cracking furnace for VGO-MHC is much less than
that for Shengli VGO,and even less than those for Shengli AGO.
