摘要
分析了目前城区电网中开闭所无人值守的现状和困难，结合承担云、贵、渝等几个电网开闭所实现无人值守的工程实践，证实了采用新型远动终端通讯方式，实现城区开闭所无人值守，减员增效的可行性、可靠性和优越性，并提出了将多个开闭所组网运行的工程新方案。
The paper discusses the present situation of unattended substation and the difficulty of realization. The new type RTU’s reliability and advantage of the reduction-personnel,increation-effect are proved by engingnering practice of several unattended substation, The new project connected serveral substation forming network is raised.
