摘要
黄河三角洲高效生态经济区在建设中要建立长期而稳定的资金渠道。应当加大中央、地方各级政府的财政投资规模,设立产业投资基金以培育新的支柱产业、扶持支柱产业的升级,完善国内商业性融资渠道,拓展国际融资渠道,吸引更多的战略投资者。
During the building of the Yellow River Delta high efficiency ecological economy district,long and grinding capital channel should be established.Economy district should increase finance investment,constitute industrial fund in order to cultivating pillar industries and upgrade industries,perfect domestic commercial financial channel,expend international financial channel and attract more strategic investors.
