摘要
交交变频同步电机矢量控制系统供电电网的谐波比较复杂。在前人研究的基础上,针对交交变频同步电机矢量控制系统供电电网的谐波状况,进行了全面分析。首先给出该系统电网电流的谐波分析,进而研究谐波随交交变频器工作状态而变化的规律,并阐明谐波变化的原因。然后,针对某钢厂轧钢机主传动交交变频同步电机矢量控制系统,给出稳态运行过程中,电网电流谐波变化规律。对于动态运行过程中的谐波分析,提出适用的理论和计算方法,并对典型轧钢动态过程中谐波的状况进行分析。同时,进行大量的仿真计算。仿真软件平台为“通用电力电子电机系统可控可视仿真软件包2.0[1]。仿真计算中的参数、变量均采用标幺值。
From the point of view of influence on supply net,the cycloconverter synchronous motors field oriented control system is one of the severest applications in industry.Though some paper has analyzed the frequency of harmonics components of current in the supply net of such system,the principle of how it changes and what the causes are is not clear yet.First,both of the frequency and the value of harmonics in the supply net are given here.Then ,this paper discusses the influence of working conditions of cycloconverter on the harmonics,the reason is also given.It points out that amply of output voltage of cycloconverter is dominating element for harmonics ratio of curent.Simulation is done for a certain system used in driving rolling mills.Harmonics ratio under steady procedure and harmonics amply under dynamic procedure have been studied in detail.The simulation results verify the validity of the principle of harmonics in such system.
