摘要
概述SNS在图书馆强化公关宣传、完善参考咨询、增进用户互动和构建专业社区方面的应用现状,分析图书馆应用SNS的不同模式:直接加入SNS,积极引进SNS以及自主开发SNS,认为图书馆发展SNS时应准确定位图书馆SNS服务,合理选择SNS模式,注重用户隐私保护。
The current applications of SNS in promoting libraries public relationship and publicity, improving reference services, stimulating library-and-user interaction, and constructing professional communities were introduced. Different patterns of SNS applica- tions in libraries are analyzed, including joining, inducting and developing by itself. It is recessary to orientate the SNS services appro- priately, to choose the pattern reasonably and to protect privacy rights seriously.
