摘要
对近几年芦荟在创面愈合中的应用进行归纳总结。芦荟具有抑菌、消炎、免疫调节、促肉芽组织形成、保湿、镇痛等药理作用,可用于抗菌、消肿生肌、修复组织损伤、促进创面愈合等;并对以芦荟为主体的一氧化氮缓释剂在创伤愈合中作用前景进行展望。
Aloe is a well known medical plant with muhiple applications such as medication, skin care, nutrition supplement, healthy food and home decoration. In the clinical field, Aloe has been used for antibacteria, anti-inflammation, tissue regeneration and wound healing. This review focuses the therapeutic effect of Aloe in wounds healing and explores the new formulae containing herbs for tissue regeneration.
