摘要
目的观察中药外洗Ⅰ号方熏洗治疗混合痔术后的临床疗效。方法将60例Ⅱ-Ⅳ期混合痔外剥内扎术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,术后第1天开始,治疗组采用外洗Ⅰ号方熏洗,对照组采用痔疾洗液熏洗;两组均治疗6天,观察临床疗效、创面实际愈合时间及治疗后创面疼痛、水肿、渗液(数量和性质)变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为100%、83.3%;组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组创面实际愈合时间分别为(13.47±0.78)天、(17.57±0.70)天;组间创面实际愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后疼痛、水肿、渗液数量、渗液性质积分均明显减少(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,疼痛、水肿、渗液数量积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外洗Ⅰ号方总体疗效好,在减轻混合痔术后创面疼痛、水肿、渗液量及促进创面愈合方面安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Waixi Lotion＂ in healing the wounds following mixed hemorrhoids operation. Method Sixty subjects were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with ＂Waixi Lotion＂ and control group in which 30 cases were treated with ＂Zhiji Lotion＂, with a course of six days. The clinical efficacy, wounds healing time, pain, edema and effusion were observed. Results The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ） ; the wounds healiug time was （ 13.47 ±0.78 ） days in the treatment group, shorter than （17.57±0.70） days in the control group （P 〈0.05 ） ; the wounds pain, edema and effusion were improved after treatment in both groups（P 〈0.05 ） , but with more significant improvement in the treatment group than in the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Waixi Lotion＂ is quite effective to relieve pain, edema and effusion on the postoperative wounds of mixed hemorrhoids.
