摘要
目的观察针药结合治疗脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法采用自拟祛脂三味方结合温针治疗脂肪性肝病70例(治疗组),采用易善复治疗34例(对照组),疗程6个月。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后肝功能、血脂、BMI、肝脾CT比值、血糖等变化。结果治疗组总有效率为88.57%,对照组为67.65%(P<0.05);治疗后两组肝功能、血脂、BMI、肝脾CT比值、血糖有明显改善(P<0.05),但治疗组肝睥CT值、BMI、TC的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛脂三味方结合温针治疗脂肪性肝病临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and herbs in the treatment of fatty liver disease. Methods Seventy cases in treatment group were treated with ＂Quzhi Sanwei Decoction＂ and warm acupuncture, and another 37 cases in control group were treated with Essentialeforten, with a course of six months. The clinical efficacy, BMI, fiver-spleen CT ratio, blood glucose, liver function and blood lipid were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 88.57% in the treatment group and 67.65% in the control group（P 〈0.05 ）. The BMI, liver-spleen CT ratio, blood glucose, liver function and blood lipid were improved in both groups after treatment（ P 〈0.05 ）, but there were striking differences in the improvement of liver-spleen CT ratio, BMI and TC between the treatment group and control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined ＂ Quzhi Sanwei Decoction＂ and warm acupuncture is quite effective for fatty liver disease.
