摘要
为了满足航空、航天等领域对带尼龙保护层导线切割的特殊要求,研制了一种专用自动切线控制系统。该系统以ARM7系列微处理器LPC2131为控制核心,采用滚轮连续运转带动导线进给,鼓风机通过加热枪管吹出高温热风烫化导线保护层,切刀高速运动切割导线的方式实现系统送线、烫线、切线一体化操作,使系统全程自动化。
In order to meet the special requirements for cutting the wires which have nylon protective layer in the Aerospace field, a special automatic cutting control system is developed. The system uses the ARM7 microprocessor LPC2131 as core controller, which realizes a high degree of automation through transmitting wires by the continuous operation of wheels, melting wires by blower puffs away hot wind, cutting wires by high-speed knife.
