摘要
梯度功能材料(FGM)的数值模拟主要包括两方面的内容,一是显微结构决定的热物理性能模拟;二是FGM的设计、制备和使用性能模拟。本研究对现有的FGM热物理性能模型和梯度成分分布模型进行了系统的分析和论述,指出了其应用的局限性,概述了热应力模拟方面的研究现状。
Numerical modeling study is one of the important respect for the design of functionally gradient materials (FGM). Two principal topics are covered in the modeling studies of FGM: One concerns with the models for microstructuredependent thermophysical properties, and the other deals with the models for the design, processing, and performance of FGM. Various models for thermophysical properties, spatial variation of composition used for FGM were summarized. The reliabilities of these models were analyzed. Some critical issues and developing tendencies in modeling of FGM were discussed.
