摘要
用倒转恢复和反门控去偶技术测定脲醛树脂(简称 UFR)的 T_1和^(13)C 定量谱,对 UFR 进行了定性、定量分析。研究了不同反应条件对 UFR 溶液化学结构的影响。这包括:反应的酸、碱性条件、总进料 F/U(mol)以及缩合时的 F/U。讨论了化学结构与使用性能的关系。
Qualitative and quantitative analyses of urea formaldehyde resins were madeby measurement of T_1 and ^(13)C spectra of the resins using inversion recovery andinverted gated decoupling.Influence of various conditions on the chemical struc-ture of the resulting resin solutions was studied.They were:conditions of acidand alkaline reaction,overall F/U(mol) of the feed,and F/U during condensation.Relationships beween the chemical structure of resulting resin solutions andoperational performance were discussed.
