摘要
轴向柱塞泵流量特性的传统分析方法没有考虑油液的泄漏、可压缩性及经阻尼槽的倒灌等因素的影响,由此得出的结论与实际情况相差甚远。本文综合考虑这些主要影响因素,建立了流量特性方程作了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,相邻值的奇偶数柱塞泵的流量脉动系数相差无几,且流量脉动频率与柱塞数的奇偶性无关。
The traditional flow theory of axial piston pump has not taken the leakage of oil, the compressibility and the reverse flow of the oil in the discharge port through the relief groove into account. considering the influence of these key factors, the equation of flow characteristic is given. Computer simulation is made additionally.The simulating result shows that there is little difference in the flow coefficient between the adjacent odd and even piston pumps, and the flow pulsation frequency is independent from odd or even number of pistons.
