摘要 一、前言Co-Mo 系催化剂由于其优越的耐硫性能和对水煤气变换反应的高活性,因此在制氢工业中日益得到重视。已知 Co-Mo-K/Al_2O_3催化剂是一种优良的水煤气变换催化剂,该催化剂在使用前须经硫化。 A certain degree of sultided state must be kept in Co-Mo-K/Al_2O_3 catalyst inorder to obtain high activity for water gas shift reaction.Sulfur loss accompaniedwith catalytic reaction at 260℃ or accelerated at 400℃ causes deactivation of thecatalyst but the activity can be restored essentially by resulfurization.Sulfur lossfrom sulfided catalyst in the process of WGS reaction can be ascribed to reactionrate controlling.XPS results show that sulfur loss leads to increase of Mo^(+6) incatalyst surface,therefore,decrease in activity.Distribution of Mo valence can berestored to that of active state by resulfurization.
